He serves on the Advisory Board for several professional and business organizations. He is a graduate of The Johns Hopkins University, where he has also served as Adjunct Professor. Mr. Harper has had active and leadership roles in several plastics, materials, and electronic packaging professional societies, and holds the honorary level of Fellow in both the Society for the Advancement of Materials and Process Engineering (SAMPE) and the International Microelectronics and Packaging Society (IMAPS), for which he is also a Past President.
